About Andrew Pyke

Andrew is a Managing Director at Nuveen Real Estate, responsible for healthcare real estate. Primary responsibilities include leading a team to source, underwrite, execute and asset manage new healthcare investment opportunities that meet the Nuveen Real Estate investment mandates.

Since joining the firm in 2013, Andrew has held multiples roles at the firm, including; head of South West office, head of office/industrial transactions in the North West, portfolio management and international transactions for the TIAA General Account, and a member of the commercial mortgage portfolio management team. Prior to joining the company, Andrew worked as an equity research associate at Stifel Nicolaus, covering Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

Andrew graduated with a B.S.B.A. from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
