Arden Davis

Arden is the co-portfolio manager of Nuveen Real Estate’s U.S. Strategic Industrial Fund III, a closed-end vehicle targeting value-add and development opportunities across the United States.

Prior to her current role, Arden was focused on originating acquisitions and development transactions in the western region. In this role, she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, conducting due diligence, and closing transactions in addition to facilitating strategic dispositions on behalf of the U.S. Strategic Industrial Fund I and II. Since joining Nuveen in early 2020, Arden has closed 29 deals equating to over $1.2bn of transaction volume. Prior to joining Nuveen, Arden served as a senior financial consultant within CBRE’s Financial Consulting Group, where she provided analytical consultation to clients on acquisitions, dispositions, debt placement, and corporate leasing strategies.

Arden graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business Administration from UC Irvine and is an active member of NAIOP.
