About Bill Abramowitz

Bill is a portfolio manager for the healthcare and alternatives strategy at Nuveen Real Estate. Bill is responsible for all primary operations, including strategy development and implementation, investment decisions and day to day portfolio management.

Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate, Bill was vice president at Ares Management on the U.S. value add real estate equity platform. Bill spent time as a senior associate at Equity Office Properties and was an associate and analyst at Bear Stearns and JP Morgan. His focus was on commercial mortgage-backed securities and real estate, gaming and lodging investment banking. He joined the industry in 2004.

Bill graduated with a B.S.M. from Tulane University.
