Ji Min Shin

Ji is a managing director on Nuveen’s private fixed income team. He is responsible for active management of the private fixed income portfolio and leads the team's workout efforts.

Mr. Shin joined the organization in 2009 and has over 21 years of experience investing in multiple asset classes and security types including private credit, loans, bonds, structured finance, subordinated debt, private equity, trade claims, and troubled equity. Prior to joining Nuveen, Mr. Shin worked for Liquidity Solutions, Inc. where he was responsible for the valuation of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings and bankruptcy claims trading.

Mr. Shin holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers College, Rutgers University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business.
