About Ravi Seta

As an Associate in Nuveen Real Estate’s debt team, Ravi assists in the underwriting and execution of investment opportunities and supporting the team’s portfolio management processes.

Prior to joining the firm, Ravi started his career in Lane Clark & Peacock’s investment consulting division within the Defined Contribution pensions team, advising institutional investors on investment strategy, asset allocation and fund selection. He entered the real estate finance industry in 2021.

Ravi graduated with a B.Sc., honours, in Economics from the University of Nottingham and is a CFA Charterholder.
