Timothy Racine

Tim is a Director responsible for healthcare real estate developments at Nuveen Real Estate. He also provides engineering and related expertise to support underwriting, due diligence and execution of healthcare real estate investments.

Prior to his current role, Tim was Senior Development Manager at Greystar focused on ground-up developments in Northern California. Tim has also held previous roles in real estate investment banking at J.P. Morgan in New York and healthcare construction management at DPR Construction in California.

Tim graduated with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. Tim also holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
